My Favorite Quote
A William Shakespeare’s Quote
To be, or not to be: that is the question”. - Hamlet (Act III, Scene I).
This is one of my favorite quotes of Shakespeare’s because it has so much meaning and so much behind those words. I love the play Hamlet but this is my favorite part it brings Love, Hate and puts them together. To Be together or not to be together and if they should be or not to be is the question that everyone asks. That is why I love this quote and it took me over two years to finally understand what it meant
SEMI FORMAL!!!!!!YAY!!!!!
On Friday the 30th of May 2008 the 7th and 8th grade students that were eligible to go went and the theme was under the sea. It was a great night guys had to dress with dress pants or tuxedo and girls had to wear dress or skirt with nice shirt. When you walked in the wall was decorated with fishes and a silky like paper on the bottom of the wall that looked like the bottom of the sea. Than inside they had a piece of plywood painted with a mermaid and merman with the heads cut out and you could get your picture taking with it. Than for the professional portraits it was blue in the background and they had a clam with a box between it to get you picture taking in front of for single person picture and couple picture. So the dance was so awesome and we had so much fun and Liy-Liy won Queen and Brandon L. won King. Than the princess was Carley and Brandon M. for prince. Than we danced the whole time and than some of the teachers danced with us were during the cupid shuffle. Than at the end some of us had a hard time because it was the last time we were going to see one of our friends who was moving to Tennessee and we all cried and the worst part was for Dawnya who was her best friend for years so WE WILL MISS YOU COURTNEY AND WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!! This was us the 8th graders the last dance in middle school and we LOVED it!!!

In language arts my most valuable thing part was when we did our poetry unit because I love poetry. It is so awesome that we can read poems but also, write them at the same time. The most memorable thing was when we did the poems for mother’s day. I thought that it was sweet to have something to give to our mom’s.
The lesson that made me laugh was when we all tried to build something from a story with paper, foam paper, and the thing with metal string with colored things. It was my favorite because it was so funny how the things turned out and it was funny but we learned at the same time.
Seasons Of Love Lyrics
These are The Lyrics that my 3 Best Friends sang in the Band And Chorus Concert and now i love this song.
Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Minutes
Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Moments so dear
Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Six Hundred Minutes
How Do You Measure - Measure A Year?
In Daylights - In Sunsets
In Midnights - In Cups Of Coffee
In Inches - In Miles
In Laughter - In Strife
In - Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Six Hundred Minutes
How Do You Measure
A Year In The Life?
How About Love?
How About Love?
How About Love?
Measure In Love
Seasons of Love.
Seasons of Love.
Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Six Hundred Minutes
Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Journeys To Plan
Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Six Hundred Minutes
How Do You Measure The Life
Of A Woman Or A Man
In Truths That She Learned
Or In Times That He Cried
In Bridges He Burned
Or The Way That She Died
It’s Time Now - To Sing Out
Though The Story Never Ends
Let’s Celebrate
Remember A Year In The Life Of Friends
Remember the Love
Remember the Love
Remember the Love
Measure In Love
Oh you got to you got to remember the love,
You know that love is a gift from up above
Share love, give love, spread love
Measure, measure your life in love.

Band And Chorus Concert

Band and Chorus Concert
The 6th grade band was first they played so good for 5 songs. Their first one was for the Soldiers and how they are fighting so we all thought was nice that they did that. Than there was an 8th grade clarinet duo which was Colleen, Elise, Sierra they were so amazing. Than the whole 7th and 8th grade chorus sang Lean on me which was so awesome they did it perfect. So than we had the first two group singers perform the first one was Jenny, Nikki, Tracey, Lianne with Dear Maria Count me in. It was cool because Jenny played the song on the on guitar. Than the other group went and sang If Everyone Cared it was pretty good but I don’t know their names because they are in 7th. Than the whole sang another song Middle which also, well as for the rest. Than the best part of the show I thought was when my 3 best friends Kassy, Alex, and Denise who sang Seasons of Love they were so awesome and it was just the best, nothing could top it. Than the last group were Elise and Hayden with The Way I Am. Which was also, really good and than the whole chorus sang Sorry. That was the end of the chorus part. Than the 7th and 8th graders in band members played a few songs which were good.

Prom Night Reveiw
Prom Night: Movie
A young teenager (Donna) who witnessed her mother’s death now 2 years later a senior and still has nightmares of that night. The man responsible was an old teacher of hers and he became obsessed with her. So three days before her prom he had escaped from the mental institution they never called and told them about it now so she goes to prom and the police go to her guardians (her aunt and uncle). So now she’s at prom and she doesn’t know it but the person who killed her family was in the same building and then there is drama and he is trying to find a way to get with her alone and at the end of the prom they find her and get her back to her aunt and uncles safe. On her way to there house the police look through the hotel and he escaped right by them.
If you want to see what happens to Donna after she gets home or during the prom. I recommend this movie for people who like very suspicious and mysteries. I would rate this 8 on a 1-10 chart. This movie is a very good I would go see it again. Also, when it comes on DVD I am going to buy it. So if you like what you here and you are older than 13 because it is rated PG-13 I would say go see it. It is in theater close to you.

On Memorial Day weekend I am going to be staying with one of my parents friends. Meanwhile my parents will be with in Atlantic City, NJ for my dad’s birthday. So Friday night I’m going to be going to the movies to see Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Than I am still going to be sleeping at my house so I am happy. Than on Saturday I am going to go and help here at work which is a Pool Supplies Store ran by her Dad, Brothers, and herself.
We will work for maybe 3-4 hours than go back to her house and hang out with her niece. Than on Saturday night I am going to the boardwalk with my friends while she goes out. Than on Sunday I am going to hang out with her for a half a day than go to my house and wait for my mom and dad to get home. On Sunday night we will probably stay home because they will be tired. Than Monday I am going to play with my dog and take him for a walk that way he will sleep that night so were not tired on Tuesday.

To Earn the Trust from My Parents
About two years ago I moved to Delaware before we moved here. I was not really aloud to do anything because we lived in a neighborhood so far away from big shopping places and movie theaters. So when we moved here I wasn’t very use to the whole life of living twenty minutes from a shopping center and movie theater. Now after two years of living here I’m so use to just driving to Rehoboth and going to get something to eat or going shopping or going to the movies. It is so great but the best part about it is that I can do more than that and I can do it with just friends. Well I can because my parents are starting to learn that I am getting older and I should be able to do more things. There are so many things to do in Rehoboth that I can do alone.
I really like to go to the beach and lie out on a towel and get a tan. I like to run down the beach even though I usually get sand in my shoes when I’m running. Also, I like to go up on the boardwalk and go to Funland and ride the rides. They have so many rides that I absolutely love like Gravitron and the weird looking Ferris wheel that goes backwards. It is so much fun but it definitely is not a Ferris wheel.
Than I like to go to Playland and I like to play that one game where you pay twenty-five cents and you hit a button. Than a bouncy ball drops from a long clear tub onto a piece of wood that I spinning with holes in it that have numbers around it. When it falls into a hole when it reaches a point It drops into another hole and whatever number you landed on you get that many tickets. When you are done with whatever games you wanted to play you can go to this booth thing. It has a whole bunch of prizes that you can choose from, but it depends on how many tickets you have to what you can get.
When I am really bored on weekends and it’s in the winter I go to the movies. I love going and getting a drink and mixing all of the kinds of soda in one cup and getting a small popcorn (I don’t throw it at people, I eat it). I usually see PG-13 movies because am not eighteen yet so and you have to have identification. I love to go still movies with comedy, romance, and horror. Like recently I have seen Prom Night and What Happens in Vegas. They were both great movies and I would see them again. When you sit down though I like to put up my feet and try and relax but when someone sits in front of me I have to put them down which makes me so uncomfortable.
I am so happy that I can do all of these things by myself or with friends. It makes you feel older to know that your parents trust you out there with all those people out there who like to hurt and kidnap children. It is better to know about them even if you are not with your parents for safety. These are the things I do without my parents and it just makes me so happy.

Dear Kristin You are so nice to me and treat me well even though we don’t live together anymore. I just wanted to say thank you for all those times you’ve had my back. Also, you help me out with my problems from school and from boys. Even though you tell that I shouldn’t have a boyfriend till I am way older. I cannot wait till you have kids than I can tell them exactly what you always tell me. I wanted you to know how thankful I am to have a big sister like you even though we get on each others nerves. Also, I can wait to come stay with you after graduation it is going to be so much fun. We can a lot of things even though you work from 2 pm till 9 pm. We can still do things like we can go hang out and watch movies or go see some of my old friends and some of yours. It is going to be so much fun also, I am going to go see grandma and grandpa and help them by cutting their grass. I wanted to see some movies but I have to go with you because its rated R so I can’t wait. This past weekend was fun Im glad you came down I also, thank you for that and sleeping on the couch. I just wanted to thank you for being a Great Big Sister. Love, Alana Gatchell (your little sister)
